All of our embroidered hats and caps are made to order through our fulfillment partners (CANY, VINAWAY). Please allow the following timeframes:

After production is complete, your order will be handed off to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
For example, a standard domestic order may take approximately 3–5 business days (production) + 7–10 business days (shipping) from the date of purchase.
We ship through reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier used may vary based on your location and the embroidered hat or cap ordered. Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partners to ensure the best service and delivery speed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the initial shipping notification.

In the case of a confirmed lost package, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. For damaged embroidered hats or caps, please provide photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Perkinix Creative Lab LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

If the replacement item differs in price, we will adjust the cost accordingly.
Exchanges are accepted only in cases of incorrect item delivery, damage during transit, or loss caused by the carrier or the seller. Exchanges and reshipments are not available for any other circumstances.
